Hi,
Loving all the new integrations into 3cx.
Question re WhatsApp.
So with Live chat you can route that to a queue, and based on who is logged into or out of that queue depends on who gets the message or not.
With WhatsApp it goes to everyone in the queue, regardless of if logged in or not.
I think some consistency in how any sort of chat works would be of benefit and personally I think it would be better if it worked the same way as Live Chat does.
Also, appreciate this bit has been mentioned before but a similar option to how chat works when no one is available / office closed would be great, i.e. an auto reply of some sort.
Keep up the good work, but 3cx becoming the central point for all inbound comms makes it a powerful tool
