WhatsApp Message-Templates unavailable in 3CX-Android App

Hi everyone,

I use Message Templates in 3CX (PWA) to answer WhatsApp-Messages. Everything is fine, except I cannot access these Templates in the 3CX Android App. There is the Paperclip-Icon and the Camera-Icon only. In 3CX (PWA) Windows App I have the Papcerclip-Icon, the Emoji-Icon and (unfortunately only there) the List-Icon to access the Message-Templates.

Can anyone confirm, that message templates are generally unavaible the android-app? I think this isn't an issue with missing rights...

Thank you for confirming my guess. Maybe this feature can be put on a wish-list. Imagine, you get WhatsApp-Messages from customers saturday night. Meta gives you 24 hours only to reply, and you need to answer by template-message. Of course you are not at the office during the weekend. Sending a template-based message from the 3CX-Android App would be very helpful.
