I'm trying to Give you an Idea on how WhatsApp Messenger can be happen on 3CX, as we know, 3CX has done well Twilio integration on SIP Trunk and SMS Message, Why don't you try integrate with WhatsApp via Twilio also? as I think the API is there : https://www.twilio.com/docs/whatsapp/api and you only need to integrate your messaging module to Twilio. The Administration and complicated thing still on Twilio, what do you think?
