Whatsapp Trunk does not route to the assigned user.

I have successfully integrated WhatsApp into 3CX and I do receive messages to the first extension assigned. After testing, I wanted to assign a different user(extension) to receive messages. Even after changing the route on the created WhatsApp trunk, it forwards the messages to the previously assigned user. I have no way of changing the routing. Did anyone get any clue about this?

Try setting the conversation in the first users extension to ‘dealt with’. Then send a new message after changing the routing.
