When answering with a button, there is only an empty globe in 3cx.

Hi,
I have configured Whatsapp in 3cx and is working fine.
I also have setup a Meta app using the Whatsapp Web API using the same phone number.

When a customer answers our sent message, typing the answer, I can see the answer in my mobile phone and also in 3CX.
But when a customer answers to the message sent using a button, I only see an empty little globe in 3cx. In my phone I can see the reply.

I tried sending a message back with the payload of the button to the customer, but again, that message is not showing in 3cx.

What could I do to see the answers from a button in 3CX?

What do you mean exactly "using a button"?

Provide some sample screenshots if you can so we can better understand what you meant.

Thank you for your quick response.
I am attaching two images. The first one shows a button in a message we send to a customer. When the customer push the button we get the payload and send another message back to the customer. We get those messages in the WhatsApp app in the phone (regular app , not WhatsApp business, communicating like a customer to our WhatsApp business number), but in 3CX we get the empty bubbles shown.
