When I call ext 145. it ring to ext 121

Hi,

I got a phone with ext 145. I checked and everything under the phone call forwarding and i checked every single tab for that ext 145. I do not see anywhere in there that is forwarding to 121. but everytime I called pressing 145. it goes to 121. This is so strange. Anyone know where else to look for that is binding this 145 ext to 121? I'm out of ideas, as my last resort is to do a full factory reset on the phone 145.

Saqqara, you are right.. hahaah. there was a call forwarding set to always on the phone setting. Thank you!! was pulling my hair over this.. Was going to do a reset as that will also fix it .. thank you. save me some time..
