When on standard call- 3cx call goes to voice mail

when 3cx app user is on a standard mobile call on his pixel android mobile and try to transfer someone through to his 3CX, it is going straight to 3CX voicemail.

This needs a bit of clarification. Are you saying that you are trying to transfer someone, you are talking to on your mobile, to a (your) 3CX extension? Or...that, if on your mobile, an incoming call to your 3CX extension, goes to voicemail?

This depends on the OS to notify the user on the mobile device that there is another call to the application.
Can you please clarify if this is the same behavior for other Android or iOS?

@sathishkumarS is the pixel device running Android 14?
If so, can you check if Telecom API is disabled?
Hamburger Menu (Top Left) > Settings > Advanced > First item under Audio Options.

If it is disabled, can you enable it and retry?

Telecom API is now disabled by default for Pixel devices running Android 14 because of an android issue that has not been fixed from their side when using bluetooth devices.
