Solved Where are my missing Webclient buttons

This is a side by side of the web client help page (left) and the web client running on a test machine (right).

Now this may be a stupid question but where are the Hold, Mute, Keyboard and forth out of shot buttons?

We are running Professional, is this an enterprise feature? Is this a V16 feature?

Any help would be appreciated.

Under the Phone Icon - what is it set to?

I only see those icons if using "3CX Web Client" as the device. Deskphones and Softclients do not have those functions.

Your are correct sir. Thanks for the assist.

Web Client was set to use desk phone (Snom821). After enabling WebRTC in the PBX settings, refreshing web client page I was able to select 3CX Web Client as the device and I have all functionality.
