Where do we get 4sc keys now?

We are a platinum partner and have no idea where to get 4sc keys now.

Our sales rep wont respond to our emails or voicemails and on the partner portal there is only an option to purchase 8sc+.

Any one have any advise is there something i am missing here?

Place this on your website or send it out to your customers and let them fill it in
https://www.3cx.com/phone-system/download-phone-system/?resellerId=XXXXXX

XXXXX is your reseller Id (numbers only) which can be found in your customer.3cx.com portal.

When you do this, then the customer request is direct mapped to your account and you are the lead processor!
