Hi
Unless if I missed something where Instance Manager is only for certain profile resellers, I can't find it in the new partner dashboard.
Under Subscribtion, I customers, but when I click on their name, all I get is a new box with
  • First Configuration
  • Registration Details
  • System Health
  • Performance Graph
Looks like customers with Raspberry Pi onsite do not have the option to start an instance manager..
And for the ones hosted with Digital Ocean, even through it's activated, there is nothing displayed.

The current documentation at https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/pbx-management/#h.qfash562493e does not talk about any sort of limitation.

Am I missing something?

NOTE: I can find it in the OLD partner dashboard though.

@saint__ click on the Subscription you want to check and then on the System Health tab.
Check attached screenshot.
For PIs option was never enabled.
Dor Self Hosted machines, you have to enable Instance Manager in our PBX.

Hi!

Saw this screen. But can you upgrade an instance from there?
Old dashboard offered a few options (Add a note, Update, Restart Services, Repair, Power)
Those are what I was looking for..

@saint__ you can select your Subscription ( or multiple ones if you want ) click on the burger menu and the select the action you want.
With this way you can perform lets say an update to more then one machines at the same time, so you wont have to go one by one.

Found it!
Please update the documentation :)
Thank you!

I hadn't looked at it the new portal yet, so when I was in renewing a license I did. Of course the one I clicked said IM wasn't enabled. I ended up disabling IM and re-enabling it, and waiting a few minutes, then it started checking in.

If anyone has any further questions - feel free to open a new thread!
