Solved where is the option to separate the Dialer form Win App?

Hope everyone is doing well. Quick question, where is the option to separate the Dialer from the windows application? Thanks in advance guys

If you are referring to the new 3CX softphone for Windows, this is a dialer in itself. It is separate from any other app or webclient.

so i have 3cx hosted V18 pbx hosted by 3cx (not updated to V20 yet) will do soon. And please see pic for what i m saying, i m wondering how to detach the dialer from the app itself .

Please post a screenshot. The dialer should pop out anytime you hit the phone icon in the upper right of the screen.

It does but how do i detach it from the APP ?

sure it does.... but my customer wants to detach it from there .

Are you sure you have installed the desktop app?

As shown in the screenshot in my previous reply, the dialer is detached from the main window, and this is as far as it can detach.

So sorry Charles, i just noticed that I didn't install the app and i was actually working with PWA. Looks like had a long day
Again sorry about the confusion it is ALL WORKING NOW. RESOLVED
