Where To find my Systems IP?

Hi,

We bought our SIP Trunk from the recommended https://www.hostprofis.com/ and their support asked me for the IP of our installation to finally set up the trunk.
Where can i find this IP address in the UI?

I am guessing they require your wan ip address - in the 3CX management console - Information panel - IPv4

I cannot find, the management console - it's the Hosted SetartUp Free Plan at the moment. The Manage button of my system, shows no IP Addresses or similar stuff - see screenshot.

Being StartUP Free, you can only use 3CX supported sip providers.

If you goto add trunk you will see the supported SIP providers - https://www.3cx.com/docs/startup/#h.k9k10ro9oev9

If you upgrade to Startup Pro you can use your own SIP provider. - https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/

They shouldnt need to know that, they should provide you with server address, username and password and off you go.

They'll see your IP when you authenticate.

You could ping your 3CX URL to return your IP.

If that, is my outbound IP then it's perfect. I'll try that.
