Where's cold recording tab?

Good evening to everyone!
Does anyone know where call recoding tab is? I wanted to check out the calls I've recorded and download them or delete them if I wanted to.
If someone knows, please write a step by step process on how to get there

Bruh, I wacthed a video on YT and there was a tutorial on how to do this, like I should go to gear icon(Admin) and there'd be recordings tab but she said that I gotta have to have the right to do so, and it seems i don't, cuz I don't see that tab, so the question is how can I acquire that right?

So here's what I've done. I've gone into the like admin gear icon, then there was users, I clicked on that tab, then I've gone into the users that I've got, me myself, then I clicked on options, and there were cold recordings. And here we've got options like show call recordings, which wasn't enabled in my setup, as well as allow deletion of recordings and other stuff like that. So that's how I found it. And enabled it. I'm gonna put it in here, maybe someone would run into the same issue.
