Whitelabeled smartphone dialer for 3CX PBX

Hey, I'm using 3CX PBX, I want to have a whitelabeled smartphone dialer app, so users can do things in a few clicks. E.g. for field service staff it basically should allow them to answer an inbound call, call the central dispatch office, and call the phone number of the customer, on whose task they currently work - and everything else should be hidden or disabled. I am looking for a customisable softphone. I contacted few companies like Acrobits and CounterPath but it seems to be too pricy and complicated for my basic needs. Are there any other alternatives where I can accomplish with minimum development efforts?

For minimum effort, just use the 3CX Apps. You can limi them from calling other numbers through your outbound rules. You can prevent them from changing their forwarding rules as well.

If you want something customised and whitelabelled, you will struggle to find something with minimal effort, or cheap.

Or develop your own.

I’ve been searching for a customizable softphone, but it’s been frustrating. Zoiper SDK seems like an option, but I’ve heard UI customization can be tricky. Linphone SDK is another route, but tweaking the interface properly looks like a headache. Digital Samba is out there too, but with paid plans and unclear pricing, it’s hard to tell what you’re actually getting.

Still looking for something flexible that doesn’t take forever to set up. I recently came across WebTrit’s open-source dialer (https://github.com/WebTrit/)— built with Flutter, so UI changes should be more straightforward. It’s relatively new, so not much feedback yet, but from what I’ve seen, developers get it running quickly instead of wasting weeks on setup.
