WHITELISTING FQDN

I have a client with a SHARED INTERNET LINK whose public IP is everchanging. Port routing between on-premise gateway and the 3CX cloud instance keep allowing incoming calls but never outgoing calls. Now is there a way of whitelisting an FQDN on the 3cx server so that the changes in public IP can be contained. The current ver 18 flags any string of characters not IP format

Under Settings - Network Settings , change it to be dynamic instead of static
