You would need to log in with an account that has a key assigned to it that is not a free key.

No, this is an expired key which has reverted to free.

All your issues are due to this key being outdated and fallen through all the cracks.

This key is essentially useless at the end of the day. No FQDN assigned to it, either.

Ok, Is there any way I can link my account to our Company who is a silver partner, rather than logging in with the MD's account?
Or can I link my account here to our hosted 3cx
