Why Patton not import configuration's file

hi and good holiday,
i have a problem with Patton.
When i import the configuratione file (maked of wizard of 3cx) , the Patton say that it's imported, but after saved and reload... the configurations it's not change
i use wizard of 3cx for maked the configuration file and the version of firmware it's ok

this problem isn't first time; with patton i have always this problem; for resolve i repeat this procedure 3-4 time and than..ok

you have a good solution for this ?

This seems strange as Patton units are usually very reliable. Have you contacted Patton direct support to see if they can troubleshoot the issue and see if the unit is defective?
