I'm pretty sure when Live Chat was first released I set it up and tested it alongside an existing web chat widget.
However I've come to set up v18 Live Chat on our current website and it just won't show - everything is set up correctly and checked. Even got it to work on a different website - that one was same Wordpress version but didn't have existing Chat Client, which is what made me wonder.
It's our live site and has after hours Chat Bots set up, so didn't want to turn it off until strictly necessary and - ideally- run 3CX on some pages and Tidio on others.
Anyone else found issues making Live Chat work?
(btw - agent doesn't show at all, regardless of setting).
(Also - when selecting specific pages to show chat on can you just select the pages you want to show from the first box, or do you have to also select all the pages you don't want it to show on from the second?)
