Solved will my startup free version be automatically upgraded to v.20?

I have 3cx Startup 4sc free, which is of course hosted by 3cx in a shared cloud instance. (xxxx.3cx.cloud)
I have been getting emails warning me that it will be downgraded to 1sc unless I upgrade to v.20.

Isn't this something that 3cx will do automatically? After all , it's hosted by them in their cloud.

Regarding your question, all the 3CX SMB and 3CX Free versions are already on v20.
