will my V8 key work on Version 9?

Hi, great features in the new version 9.

we just purchase V8 Pro edition and still in test stage, will the key work with V9?

depends on when you bought the V8 or if you have an valid upgrade insurance.
At the moment it does not work. To test u have to use the demo key for V9 beta to test it.

We received the key dated on 24/5/2010 without upgrade insurance.
When will V9 released officially?

Without the upgrade insurance package you are only entitled to software updates for a period of 30 days from activation of the software. You can purchase an upgrade insurance package within 30 days of ACTIVATION of the main license.

V9 will be ready when it will be ready, there is no set point at the moment. So i can not give you a date right now.
U have still another 20 days ;-) Maybe consider the upgrade insurance to ensure to be able to use V9

One comment from me. 3CX is still under intensive development so I always advice my Clients to buy software insurance. In the past some of them benefit from 2 version upgrades in 12 monts. So... be wise !
