Window 3CX Softphone support to open the contact in CRM

Dear 3CX Support Team,

Can 3CX Window Softphone support opening a contact in CRM as a Web client?
We would like the Windows client to create contact screen pops just as the 3CX browser extension does.
Can you please guide us on how can I configure this?

The PWA/Webclient is meant for this. The softphone will show the link in the call view tho.

Softphone also supports triggering an executable app with arguments.
