Windows 10 + 3CX Extension - No button when ringing

Hello,

Since monday, i have migrate 40 users to 3CX.

3cx V16 + Entreprise Version
Computer on Windows 10 + full update + Chrome full update

My users have 3CX chrome extension (not the webclient).

Sometimes, when i receive call, my computer ringing but i have no button for take this call. I need to move the windows 3CX ou reduce or enlarge.

All users have this issue. Do you have it ?

I'd first recommend going through the thread to confirm whether or not this is the exact problem you are having, though from the sound of it it is.

For the time being you can move, resize, or click the chrome extension on the task bar to resolve the issue. Alternatively, if it causes too much of a problem, you might even want to consider removing the extension for now and just use the 3CX Webclient.

Did you know if the 3Cx Client Windows is impacted ?

My users don't want Webclient.

The 3CX Windows App is not affected at all by this issue so you could indeed install it instead.
