We are currently facing an issue with multiple users on Windows 10 and 11, using the 3CX Desktop App simultaneously with a terminal server session (RDP). Our users are unable to keep the dialer visible at the top of the screen. The dialer always disappears, even if we have checked the "Keep dialer at the top" boxes.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? We have also tried using "Powertoys" which works, but unfortunately conflicts with our other applications.
