Windows app and Proxy server

We have an issue with the client we have a proxy auto config file that is used on all out pcs 150 of them we have also implemented 3cx phone system into our business but the client loses all its status and contact info when the proxy is on if i flick the proxy off in setting and reregister in the app all is normal till a reboot i have raised this will support but its slow has anyone else had this issue as its going to stop anyone using the app and then the system will be taken out

same problem here. I have a proxy over here and the app continously (every Minute or so) and says that only sip calls are possible.

Did a little more investigation, on my side the proxy is not in play, but the connection to the server gets reset every minute. here is a wireshark trace:
