What can i do so that 3CX will only ring me when i am actualy being called?
Hmm... that feature is not included with 3CX. You can't ring only when someone wants to talk to you. You have to accept that it will ring even when no one is trying to reach you; that's just how it's designed!

Let me guess;
Have you ever accidentally logged into someone else's 3CX WebClient account?
Are there other user sessions open on the computer you are using?
Is it a shared computer? (used by others occasionally?)
Was the computer used by someone else before you?
Was it a technician who set up your computer and 3CX for the first time?
Regardless, I have a feeling that the answer to one of these questions is yes.
Try ; ( Please do this on all your web browsers, not just the one you use daily. )
If the web browser is not installed on your computer, this procedure does not apply.
Go to next procedure browser. Do not install a web browser.
Chrome
1. Open Chrome on your computer.
2. Click More (3 vertical dots) at the top right, then select Settings.
3. Go to Privacy and security > Site Settings > Notifications.
4. Choose your default setting under the Notifications section.
a. In the "Allowed to send notifications" section,
b. Select the three vertical dots next to the 3CX sites and select
Remove..
Edge
1. Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.
2. Click on the three horizontal dots at the top right corner to access the menu, then select Settings.
3. Navigate to Cookies and site permissions > Notifications.
4. Adjust your default settings:
a. Under the "Allow" section,
b. Select the three horizontal dots next to the 3CX sites and select
Remove.
Firefox
1. Open Firefox on your computer.
2. Click the three horizontal lines at the top right corner to open the menu, then select Options.
3. Navigate to Privacy & Security and scroll down to Permissions.
4. Click on Notifications and then Settings.
a. In the list of websites, find and remove all 3CX sites.
