Hello
Are there any Plans to implement Desktop Notifications for ALL incoming Calls and a simpeler way to take over incoming calls? (now I have to right click on the call to take it over. A dedicated button would be way more simple and elegant)

Are you referring to the browser notifications as seen below?


If yes, then this should already be the case, you should be receiving a notification for every incoming call.

If you're talking about Call Pickup do bear in mind that you can add it as a BLF key by using the Pick Up dial code (default: *20*) or a BLF key specifically for an extension. That said, you will need the new Desktop App to be able to use BLF keys so if you want to keep the webclient instead, right clicking and then picking up the call would be the way, provided of course you're in the "Panel" view. If you are in the Team/People view, you can simply left click on the three dots next to an extension and then click on pick-up:

Yes exactly like that. But only in the Windows v18 Client.

I've already set an BLF Key for that. I only want to use the Desktop App, not the Browser Client and like I said it would be way more elegant to have an dedicated button to pick up a call in the panel then to right click an picking it up.
Thats my qestion. If there are any plans to implement notifications to the desktop app, but not only my incoming calls but also a way to get notified when an colleague gets a call, and adding an dedicated button to the panel to pick up calls.
Both are much needed features for us to use 3CX as our PBX.
