Windows Desktop Client v18 only Email selectable

If I intent to create a webinar conference I can not select anything than "Email (Legacy, No RSVP)". The dropdown does not open as is does of I switch fo Video or Audio.

Seems to be a bug. Is it?

Webinars can only be sent through 3CX SMTP. This is because each invitees has a unique join link.
