Today on the laptop where you installed the client to Win, it took the upgrade to Windows 10. After that I stopped running the client. Reinstallation of the client situation is not corrected. The installation proceeds without errors, when trying to run error is also not issue. Nothing happens at all. Anyone have any thoughts?

Hello @paurus

Do you see the client running is the processes of the machine when you try to start it?
Make sure that windows updates are fully installed and that Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) and (x86) are installed. If they are try to repair the installation.

restored Windows to a previous state and the client is functioning normally.
