Hi,

We just got some bought some new cisco wip310 some how i cant get them to register with 3cx. I have done like the guides for SPA 501P suggest. This is not alot of information but i can provide more if needed

I use the WIP300 quite often, I can't imagine the setting being that much different. Are you trying to register on the local LAN (same as 3CX) or remotely? Does the 3CX log show your registration attempts?

nope they are on different lans i can't see any attempts in the logs so my guess is the AP or fw somehow block it . The snom phones was easy to set up since they are on the same lan .

If you don't see a registration attempt then be sure you have your public IP or domain (or DDNS name) as the destination of the server. Make sure you have the proper ports open/forwarded on the router at the 3CX end. Make sure you have STUN enabled in the WIP310.
