I'm trying to get a clients phone to be "wireless", I suggested they go to
MENU
BASIC
WIFI
And change the wifi to "on".

They said it showed no wifi adapter.

Any ideas? Googling is turning me left and right at the moment.

Regarding your question, some Yealink IP phones have built-in wireless like the T53W, for example, but it is best to use IP phones with a network cable for stability and quality purposes, to mention the least. Also, using the Ip phone with wifi is not tested and cannot be guaranteed from our side. Additionally, the phone will need a separate power supply as POE will not be available without a network cable plugged into a POE switch.
