Wireless IP phones

Hi Guys,
Has anyone rolled out any wireless IP phones? Not DECT phones.

We have a customer in a care home scenario with existing good wireless network where we don't want to roll out an additional DECT infrastructure.

They do currently use mobiles with the app but the company would like to move to a more professional setup.

Quickly looking, the Grandstream WP820 looks like it will work but its not supported by 3cx which is deal breaker. Has anyone had any experience in this kind of scenario?

I had some Spectralink 8440 handsets which I installed onsite. They're not supported but they worked.

Don't touch Grandstream. Ever. Specially the WP series.

Go DECT or go cheap Android phone and put the app on it.
