Deployed the Wordpress Plugin and have a couple of issues that I would appreciate some assistance: Using authentication - name and email - when entered the chat window reduces back to the icon and you have to select again to continue - seems counterproductive when the chat window I would think should refresh Would it be possible to tweak the chat window and re-align the responses - needs to align to the left and be a few pixels lower Have not gone the phone options working yet but are the voice calls encrypted?
