wordpress reacts strangely

Hi, I'm testing with live chat & talk.

I have a few questions,

1. How do I create a group with multiple employees who can answer a chat randomly.
2. why is the wordpress plugin as strange as I ask my customer to fill in name and e-mail address.

Hello @Paul_Bartelings ,

In order to utilize multiple employees to queries or calls that arrive from website through 3CX Live Chat and Talk, you have to configure Queues in 3CX Phone System. In order to utilize queues, you have to be in PRO licence.

The plugin will ask for information such as email, name, or both based on configuration on WordPress plugin page. See our installation guide document at the following URL and more specifically the "User Identification Form"

Just did the update to the Pro edtion.

Now i have a question, is call queues the same as a ring group. And if not, how do i create call queues?

Have a question about the Vtiger crm integration as well. Where do i find the server side crm integration tabb. Can't find it in the settings section.

Call queues is different than ring group. You should see it on Management Console, right below the Ring Groups.
On settings tab, you should see the CRM integration option (see attached image)

I think is was a browser cache, after the upgrade to Pro.
After restart all option are available.
