We've encountered this before and found that it would occur due to no communication between your WordPress server and webmeeting.3cx.net(required so that the data can be pulled).

Can you open an incognito window in both Chrome and Firefox and try accessing the page again? This is just to make sure you're not seeing a cached page or anything like that.
