Wrap up codes sync

Hi Team,

Does your integration with hubSpot support syncing Wrap up codes?

Reading through the integration documentation and the properties synced during call journalling, I see only only "Call type" can be used as variable. I don't see a potential variable that can store information about the topic of the call or its wrap up code.

3CX doesn't have wrap-up codes at all so no it would not sync any of this.

I propose you take a look at our 3CX Wrap-up Codes tool. Our tool allows you to take notes and select from a list of dispositions (wrap-up codes) you create, and save the results to a database. While the tool doesn't currently integrate with HubSpot, we have written a separate HubSpot integration and we might be able to integrate the two products together.
