The link at 3cx.com -> TRY -> Cloud – Take PBX Express is https://www.3cx.com/pbx/free-pbx/ which just gives you a form to fill-out and then gives you various download options for the software.

I believe the link should be...

Hi. The link is correct. Once the form is completed you will receive an email with the PBX Express link. This is how this will work from now on

I would suggest you at least add the PBX Express link to the page that has the downloads on it. Also the "Self host your free PBX on your choice of cloud provider by taking the PBX express here!" link on that page is circler.
