X-lite Softphone Status Problem

I have installed x-lite on my PC. everything works fine except it always show the contact status offline. Is this a 3CX Server issue or the X-lite issue? Also I know this is stupid, I did not find a menu says restart the 3cx server. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

When you refer to the "Contact Status" do you mean the extension status as shown in the 3CX control panel or on the x-lite ?


It may well be that your local firewall is preventing the correct communication with the server, there is also a suggested settings page in the 3CX server manual
