Yealink BLF shows no status since update to v20

After upgrading to v20 with Debian, all yealink phones show no status on BLF.
I can still click on the BLP which will sucessfully start a call, but I can no longer see if the user is busy or ringing. BLF is greyed out

Does the status work in the webclient/pwa?
Do users have presence permissions?

same issues here. upgraded to v20 and now blf and shared park lines not working.
