Yealink BT40 How to set up?

I have a Yealink BT40 and T42S I am trying to set up. The documentation doesn't make it clear, but based on a tutorial video I found for a different phone, I should be looking for Settings > Basic > Bluetooth. The problem is that there is no Bluetooth option (yes, with the BT40 connected).

Has anybody ever set up a T42S and a BT40 before? The BT40 is brand new, and the phone is used-like new. I can access the phone UI and the web GUI without issue, but I have not yet provisioned it.

I've got the BT running on my T48G phone without any problem.
And there is a Settings/Basic/Bluetooth menu option.
Have you checked your firmware version?

Newest firmware version. The phone is at least aware that the BT40 exists, because when I unplug it, the screen lights up.
