Yealink - Cannot Download Remote Phonebook

We have old phones that we don't want to change for economic reasons
After upgrading to version 20, these devices, or more precisely the T28 model, stopped loading the address book.
How can I fix this?

Be careful when updating older firmware on phones. You may have to go to an intermediate firmware version before the one we provide. Please consult with the Yealink documentation for this, so you dont brick your phones.

Updated the T28 device to version 2.73.0.60 from 3cx
The problem remains, the device cannot load the phone book.
From the solutions I can connect contact verification via LDAP.
But when I corrected the (custom) configuration file to work with LDAP, the LDAP parameters did not apply to the telephone set.
I also see that there are no templates from 3cx for T22 T38 T29 and other devices. Where can I download them?

This is the list of supported phones that you will find templates for. Otherwise, you'll have to make your own.

Did you not try turning off accept trusted certificates under the security tab on the phone?
