We recently became aware of how a CP930W conference room phone stopped working with 3CX V20. The CP930W is a wireless model which communicates using DECT to a W60B base station. The W60B is actually the asset which is provisioned in the phone system. The CP930W worked for years provisioned on the extension as a CP920. It does not work that way any longer.
The phone was removed from the extension and configuration shifted to the DECT area as W60B DECT phone with the extension on slot 1.
MAC address is confirmed as correct. The device does obtain the correct IP address and talks to the network. The W60B will not register with the PBX.
I have another phone system that is using the W60B in this way and it is still working.
Seeking input here regarding what people think might be the issue. I'm wondering if it is a W60B hardware issue.

Hi Felicia,

Please ensure the W60B is running FW 77.85.0.25 and try to reset and reprovision (via SBC if not on same LAN as 3CX).

As for the CP930W we do not provide any support for it, but it should not matter - it acts as a DECT handset via the W60B so your 3CX server is agnostic towards what DECT terminals you pair on the base.

Modifying the firmware to the specified firmware corrected the issue. Thank you.
