Solved Yealink firmware update does not work

Hi, I have a 3CX instance on a Hetzner cloud server, the customer has Yealink T46S phones connected via a Raspberry SBC.
The Dashboard tells me that some firmware is out of date and is currently at version 66.83.0.55, while the most recent one is 66.85.0.5.

When I click on update firmware the phone does not download the update, what can it be? I also tried formatting the phone and reinstalling it, but nothing.

I solved, looking I found this:

Note: If you are currently on a firmware version lower than x.84.0.35, and your model accepts a higher version, you need to manually upgrade to version x.84.0.35 prior to upgrading to a higher version
