Solved Yealink Headset Behavior

Using v20 Update 3 with Yealink T54W and WH62 headset.
I haven't figured out how to change this behavior.
With headset on head, and phone headset light lit - when I place a call it appears to connect but with no audio. If I press speaker phone button I have the call audio on speakerphone. If I then press headset button I have audio on headset.

Nevermind. I poked around in the Yealink USB Connect app and the first setting I tried fixed my issue.
Under Device Settings/Basic Settings
I disabled Call Control with Softphone.
