Yealink on a different sudbnet

Hi

I have a 3cx phone system on the internal ip address 10.1.1.101. I have a DSL loop from the office to another office in another city.
The LAN of the loop is 10.200.59.0 /24 . I connected 1 phone with the ip address 10.200.59.4 and i am trying to connect this phone to the 3cx. I can ping the 3cx phone system from the lan 10.200.59.0 /24 . My setup here is the same thing as i i had two subnet in my office and i am wondering how to phone is suposed to get his config file.

I programmed the ip address of the 3cx phone system in my phone in account 1. The phone register but do not get the config file as the blf and logo.

how can i do this?

i tried the sip proxy manager but it dosent work

Try to ping the phone from 3cx serve with IP 10.1.1.101. If this works, put in config link of the phone: 10.1.1.101:5000/provisioning/and provision the phone.
