Yealink Provisioning Issues

Hi,

We're having issues on several of our systems (I'm guessing since the latest update) where Yealink phones on the local LAN are not showing on the phones page to be provisioned. We have factory reset the phones and even manually upgraded them and they still do not show on the phones page ready to provision to an extension. We have had to manually provision them.

Is this a known issue?

There is no known issue that would cause what you described.

Thanks, I'll do that. It's strange as it's happened on 3 separate customers' systems with 3 of our engineers.
