Yealink T21P E2 Latest firmware not supported

When will 3CX push out the latest firmware ( 52.83.0.35) for the Yealink T21P E2? I updated the firmware through the phone prior to provisioning and they show up in Red Not supported. My bad. I should have waited. The phones work fine so I am just wondering when the new firmware will be available through the Management Console to update my some 100 phones.

I received a notification of a reply stating "If I recall, the 21P is about to be a dead phone. You may not see any more updates for it". This is not the T21P. This is the T21P E2 which is not about to be a "dead" phone. I have already updated the firmware, it's just that this update is not in 3CX for update through the management console. That's why I asked.

If you are using a firmware version other than the supported then phones will appear as un-supported in the management console. That is normal.
At this point we do not know if the mentioned firmware will be used in the next update.

I hope they will be. These phones were purchased a few months ago from a former affiliated 3CX Vendor, 888VoIP. I hate to think were purchased 100 end of life phones for a new hotel installation.

Since Yealink is releasing new firmware for these phones then you should not worry about that. What i meant is that i am not aware if the Yealink firmware you are currently will be used as the supported one in the next update.
