Problem applies to Yealink's new T3 series
T30P supported, but not T30
T31P/G supported, but not T31
T33P/G supported, and there's no regular version

So we are missing T30/T31 in the template, I had to edit the template to make it take T31 as T31P
Would T30/T31 be added later?

Hi,

That's right, those models are not supported so they are not in the template.

Avoid editing your templates, they will get overwritten automatically by the system, or they may fail to update when changes are published in the future.

Thanks for the reply. Why is only the non-POE version not supported? Is there plan to support these two in the near future?

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I did not edit the system default template, but duplicated it and edit the new template with reference to T31, in order to provision them (with the settings of T31P).

No problem Jerry, yes that method is fine. As for your main question, we have a policy of mainly supporting PoE phones.

If you want to use variants you may do so using the method you mentioned above, but there are no plans to add support to non-PoE models in the near future.

OK understood. Thanks.
