We are having issues on multiple sites with T33G Phones on v18 and v20. The phones randomly have audio issues like static with no call active when lifting the handset, no dial tone at all, static during calls. They do not have all at the same time. A reboot always fixes the issue at the time and later sporadically returns days or months later. This customer below just gathered recent data and sent to me. Hardware version of the phone is 124.2.0.32.2.0.16 and firmware is 124.86.0.40. This only happens to one or two phones a week so it has taken some time to see the T33G is the phone involved and then will not return for such a long period. I seen some other cases of this her in the forums but no fix confirmed. Is it possible the this issue was corrected in newer firmware that Yealink has on their website 124.86.0.75?

6110 – 04/17/2024 – No Dial Tone, and unable to hear anyone.

Maybe so, but we cannot proceed with further testing until the 3CX development team can confirm whether the previously mentioned firmware has been tested yet. Anyone else had any luck recently?

I am working in a school and we use the phones as a safeguarding tool, We cant be used as a guinea pig, need a permanent fix, No if's but's or maybe's, Need it to be a solid solution. .

Good day 3CX Support team/s

Can we please get some sort of response on this issue? Our clients are advising that this issue is recurring on a few of their users phones and are unable to keep reporting it as investigations have become time consuming; and have resorted to restarting the affected devices as a quick temporary fix.

We NEED an answer on the results of the testing of Yealink's most recently supplied firmware for these SIP-T33G phones and we have requested an update on this a few times in this post without any response (with the last interaction from a 3CX member being in January 2024).

Please, we need a solution to remedy this situation Urgently. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

3cx and yealink don't same to care about this issue, just sell your t33g's and buy t42's, I am 99.99 think it's the handset.
