Unsupported Yealink T42S and T48S DND

I have a Yealink T42s and T48S connected to a 3CX v16.0 Update 8 on a Linux Debian install.

There is a secondary account for a a shared voicemail on the two phones. And the current Firmware is 66.85.0.5 for the T42S and 66.86.0.5 for the T48S.

The issue that I am having is that when the phone is set to DND, the secondary extension is the on that is being set to DND not the main one.

I checked the settings on both 3CX and the phone and I cannot see where the issue is.

I'm afraid that is not a supported scenario for the 3CX system, so it's not uncommon in these cases to run across some quirks or unexpected behaviour such as this. We recommend to provision using the supported way (single account per device) and the problem should go away..

Hello @JohnS_3CX, I understand that this is not supported. But you do not have to worry, I found a work around.
