I'm currently setting up a site with Yealink T42S handsets, everything has gone fairly smoothly however I'm having trouble getting 'Dial Now' to work on these phones.
Reading other forum posts I have created a custom template, set the line pointing to the DialNow.xml file, uploaded said file to the provisioning folder and reprovisioned but the handsets seem to ignore it! I've also tried setting just one Dial Now rule in the custom template but that doesn't seem to apply either.
Has anyone managed to get this working with these phones? It's an onsite 3CX server on Windows 2019, latest Enterprise 3CX version and the handsets are running the latest firmware. Phones are provisioned locally.
